As you already know, there’s a LOT of health information out there, and much of it seems conflicting. Here at Wonder & Well, we always approach these ideas & modalities (whether they’re brand-new theories or tried and true methods) from a place of multidimensional, bio-individual health.
Multidimensional health is the idea that health goes beyond just our physical body, it is holistic and extends to all aspects of a person. In other words, being healthy doesn’t just mean eating well and exercising. It means that you’re also attending to your mental, emotional and spiritual health.
The term bio-individual refers to the fact that every person’s health needs are unique to that individual and will likely change many times throughout their life. That’s why there is no “one size fits all” fix when it comes to our health & wellness. What results in feeling vibrant for one person may not work for their neighbor, friend, co-worker or family member in the same way.
Our Health Coaching method is all about respecting each person’s multidimensional health by catering to their bio-individual needs. Stay tuned as we continue to explore and grow with you!
